1000 Series — Pure Aluminum

Represented by grades 1050, 1060, 1070, 1100, and 1235, the 1000 series offers the highest aluminum purity at 99.00% and above. These alloys deliver excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, superior corrosion resistance, and outstanding formability. They are widely specified for kitchen utensils, decorative panels, reflective plates, printing plates, heatproof panels, and cookware. Easy to process and weld with low strength characteristics, they remain the most cost-effective aluminum solution for general-purpose applications.

3000 Series — Anti-Rust Aluminum

The 3000 series, including 3003, 3004, 3005, and 3A21, is alloyed primarily with manganese (1.0-1.5%) for enhanced rust prevention. Delivering approximately 20% higher strength than 1100 series while maintaining excellent formability, these grades are the industry standard for air conditioning systems, refrigerator components, automotive parts in humid environments, chemical equipment, cellular phone components, and building interior/exterior materials. Readily welded and brazed with good anti-rust properties, the 3000 series cannot be strengthened by heat treatment.

5000 Series — Aluminum-Magnesium Alloy

Featuring 5052, 5005, 5083, 5754, 5182, 5454, and 5456, the 5000 series contains magnesium at 3-5% as the primary alloying element. Key advantages include low density, high tensile strength, and exceptional elongation rates. Under the same area, aluminum-magnesium alloy weighs significantly less than other series. Applications include shipboard heatproof apparatus, building interior and exterior panels, electronic tool components, and automotive parts. The series offers excellent corrosion resistance and weldability, and can be anodized for enhanced surface protection in harsh environments.

6000 Series — Heat-Treatable Structural Alloy

Led by 6061 and 6063, the 6000 series combines magnesium and silicon to merge the advantages of both 4000 and 5000 series properties. 6061 T6 is a premium cold-treated forging product suitable for corrosion-resistant and oxidation-demanding applications including IT equipment, mold materials, motor components, automated production lines, and machinery plants. Key benefits include easy processing, good corrosion resistance, high toughness, and distortion-free performance after heat treatment with superior surface treatment capability.

7000 Series — Aerospace-Grade Ultra-High Strength

The 7000 series, with flagship 7075 alloy containing zinc and magnesium, achieves the highest strength among all common aluminum alloys. While its corrosion resistance is comparatively lower and welding is not recommended, 7075 excels in CNC machined components for the aerospace industry and high-strength accessories where maximum mechanical performance is critical. This series delivers tensile strength approaching mild steel at approximately one-third the weight.
